Terms of Service

Review the terms governing LLMFly AI accounts, API access, prepaid credits, acceptable use, customer content, availability, and liability.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Contracting entity and acceptance

LLMFly AI is operated and provided by FLAMEWRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17351523) ("Flamewright", "we", "us" or "our"). Flamewright is your service provider and contracting entity. By creating an account, purchasing credits, accessing an API key, or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and may use the services only for lawful business or professional purposes. You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep API keys and credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and by your authorised users.

3. Services and third-party models

LLMFly AI provides a unified API gateway to supported AI models and related account, routing, and usage tools. Underlying models are supplied by third parties and may change, become unavailable, or be subject to provider-specific restrictions. We may add, replace, limit, or discontinue a model or feature where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, provider availability, or service operation.

4. Credits, usage and pricing

  • You may prepay for API credits through the payment methods available on the platform.
  • Credits are deducted according to actual usage, including the selected model, token volume, and rate shown in the dashboard or pricing interface.
  • Prices may include routing, infrastructure, and upstream model costs. Rates may be updated prospectively; the rate displayed when a request is processed applies to that request.
  • Credits are a limited contractual right to consume our services. They have no cash value, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • You are responsible for monitoring usage, applying appropriate technical safeguards, and paying applicable taxes, duties, and charges.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed in the currency and by the payment method shown at checkout. Except where required by law, prepaid credits and consumed usage are non-refundable. We may correct duplicate charges, billing errors, or service-credit errors. If we permanently discontinue the entire service, we will provide an appropriate remedy for valid unused credits, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and payment-provider requirements.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.
  • Do not create or distribute malware or facilitate fraud, abuse, exploitation, or unauthorised surveillance.
  • Do not interfere with, probe, or circumvent security, rate limits, safety controls, or access restrictions.
  • Do not share, sell, or expose API credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access your account.
  • Do not misrepresent generated content as human-created where disclosure is required.
  • Do not use a model in breach of the applicable upstream provider's policies.

7. Customer content and data

You retain your rights in prompts, inputs, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the services and to comply with law. You must have all rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Flamewright and its licensors retain all rights in LLMFly AI, including its software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and service technology. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the services during the term. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, a security risk, an unpaid amount, a legal or provider requirement, or a risk of harm to the service or others. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model behaviour, generated-output accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and must be independently reviewed before material reliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is and as available, and implied warranties are excluded.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Flamewright is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the services in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services during that period.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services, law, or our operations. We will post the updated version and date on this page and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact details. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through your LLMFly AI account support channel or through the corporate enquiry details published at flamewright.uk.
